Turbo Charge Your Barefoot Runs or Hikes with Stretching

This yoga for runners youtube video has some of the stretches I like to do before and after my runs or hikes. It’s important not go too far. Holding a mild stretch for 30 seconds is the key. This video focuses on the legs. It’s great for barefoot runners hikers.

I used downward facing dog a lot. I tend to have tightness in my calves–part of why my Achilles was overworked.
